IACA Membership Since 2008
Tuesday, August 17th, 2010For those who may not know IACA (the Indian Arts and Crafts Association) was established in 1974, whose mission is to support the effective protection, ethical promotion and preservation of American Indian arts and crafts. It is comprised of individuals and businesses that represent the entire Indian arts industry: artisans, retailers, wholesalers, museums, arts education organizations and institutions, governmental agencies, collectors, suppliers and supporters.
The IACA logo assures buyers and collectors of purchasing with confidence. As a member, of IACA, each artist and business agrees to honestly and ethically represent their merchandise and to abide by all state and federal laws.
IACA and its members work to stop fraud and abuse within the Indian art industry through education, publicity, authentication and use of the IACA logo to identify certified ethical businesses.
In our efforts to present original and high quality art products through Padilla of San Felipe, we have once again enrolled into IACA. We care about your patronage and want to offer the best your purchasing money can buy, so we are pleased of our affiliation with such an organization as Indian Arts and Crafts Association.
